0329 - SBDC Bainbridge Small Business Lunch and Learn - Strategy Session
Course Description
One-hour networking roundtable with SBDC lead training and guest speakers. This Small Business Lunch and Learn is an opportunity to meet with other Small Business owners and share experiences and solutions to the problems that Small Businesses experience as they grow.
Course Outline
Research shows that we learn better through share experiences. As a Small Business Owner we often feel like we are out on an island with no where to turn when we experience growth pains, human resource issues or are trying to grow the business. The SBDC Bainbridge Launch and Learn sessions are built around bringing you relevant information on helping your grow your business through these bottlenecks while also connecting you with other Small Business Owners so that you can share your issues and learn from their experiences as well. Each learning/training session will be providing education on topics affecting Small Business owners and that the training is lead by the SBDC.
Learner Outcomes
- Meet with small business owners to hear the concerns
- Identify their greatest pain points
- Develop class objectives for future lunch and learns
